Editorial policy
Curious Future Guide publishes clear, considered material about exploring possible futures. We aim to make each piece understandable, proportionate to what it can support, and open about uncertainty.
Accuracy and scope
We check factual statements against appropriate sources when a piece depends on facts, and we distinguish established information from interpretation, examples, and suggestions. We do not present scenarios as forecasts or personal exercises as guarantees. If a subject calls for professional or jurisdiction-specific advice, we avoid substituting general editorial guidance for it.
Independence and interests
Editorial decisions are made for reader relevance and clarity. A commercial relationship does not buy a favourable editorial conclusion. Any paid, gifted, or partner-supported material is clearly labelled where it appears, and relevant relationships are disclosed in plain language.
Corrections
When a material error is brought to our attention, we review it and correct the text where warranted. We aim to make significant corrections visible in the affected piece, with an explanation of what changed. Readers can send correction requests through the Contact page and include the relevant article title and detail.
Images and illustrations
Images are chosen to support the subject, not to imply evidence that is not present. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when used, they are treated as illustrations rather than documentary photographs or proof of an event.
A future is a question worth exploring
We treat plans as working drafts, not promises. Careful questions and small trials can make uncertainty easier to think with.
