Curious Future Guide

Write for us

We welcome pitches that help readers think about possible futures with more care and less guesswork. Send proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial question option and outlining the idea in the message.

Pitches with a clear question

A useful pitch names the question a piece will answer, why it matters to a general reader, and the distinct angle you would take. Tell us what form you have in mind, what the reader may take away, and which parts would be based on explanation, personal reflection, or sourced factual material.

What fits

We are interested in original, evergreen work about values, imagining alternatives, low-cost experiments, revisable plans, and learning from change. Strong contributions avoid presenting one life path as universal, separate possibility from prediction, and offer practical steps that do not require special access or expensive tools.

Before you send

Please share a short outline and a brief description of your relevant perspective. Do not send confidential information or a complete manuscript unless requested. We consider proposals for fit and clarity; sending a pitch does not guarantee publication, and any terms would be discussed before work is commissioned.

The starting point

A future is a question worth exploring

We treat plans as working drafts, not promises. Careful questions and small trials can make uncertainty easier to think with.
